Date: Thu, 27 Sep 2001 12:37:46 Subject: answer Thank you for your prayers and your emails. The emails were very encouraging and full of practical and spiritual wisdom. I am in your debts. God has encouraged my spirit a great deal. The burden of heavy sorrow has been lifted from my heart and mind. I have been strengthened by new friends here and a better perspective on my circumstances. The Word was my refuge. I just read and read and read until I was comforted. I just pray now, that my mind will remain focused on my tasks here and thoughts of home will dwindle. It will be terribly hard to make myself not think of home, but I believe it is the best thing for me to do now. I will keep sending updates, but they will be less frequent. Up to this point I have tried to strike a balance between contact with home and my responsibilities here. I think I have put too much thought into things at home. This will be a hard step for me to take, because I want so much to be informed of your lives in the States. I do not discourage you from emailing me, but I would like the communication to be practical (instead of sentimental or emotional) as much as possible. Please keep praying. I will keep you guys informed. Justin
